Ann G. Jenkins
Experience
Ann Jenkins offers her clients a wide range of experience and a unique set of skills, including accessible web design, instructional design, usability testing, consulting, and training. She first became interested in web accessibility while working as a librarian at a community college where she created the library's first web site. Ann was also responsible for teaching students how to evaluate web sites as research resources.
Her interests led her to graduate school where she studied instructional technology. The focus of her dissertation research was a usability study for a museum web site.
Prior to Accessible Web Design, LLC, Ann was an analyst on the web team at Baylor College of Medicine. Her responsibilities included usability testing, monitoring and analyzing web traffic statistics, search engine optimization, and training departmental web maintainers.
